I'm making my little boy who will be 2 on sunday,Drive-ThruI'm really loving the pattern and it's going fast,i only start it on Monday!!

And update on the knee socks for my little girl,The first one was frogged but the second atempt is going great!

I'm in swap on Ravelry that calls swap on the budget,this is my pretty package from my partner it comes all they way from Ireland!
I got Big skein of Regia in my favorite colors,vanilla/strawberry soap from Lush,and Irish chocalate yummo!!!!!!!!

I also did a personal swap whit someone else on Ravelry,i got 6 skeins of Regia sock yarn and 2 stitch markers,candy and tea mmmm!!

I made another pair of socks,This pair is for someone on Ravelry ,I'm on a swap there,I really hope she likes them,i have yet to finish the toes but i will get to it tomorrow:)Can you tell i love making socks...?lol lol

And I'm also making up a pair of knee higs socks for my 7 year old girl,if it turns out like i hope i might wright up the pattern if anyone would like to try it:)

It has been a long time since i last put something on my blog,sometimes i don't fell like it because i know noone read it or at least i think so,put i have finished 2 knitted iteams one is a little knit and walk bag and i test knit it foe hookedupknit on Ravelry.I really like that pattern and think i will make many more or not forget that i KNOW i will be making more it is so easy fun and cute!!

And the other project is for my secret pal on ravelry,I'm in a fingerless glove swap there and i made a pair of fetching for my pal:)Can't i just say I LOVE RAVELRY!!!!!

In another news I'm writing this on my new lap top,I have always want it one but i never had enough money but i found a store whit gently used ones and they had one for me for not much money,But i had to make a deal whit my hubby that i would not order anything this month(for my knitting hobby),so no shopping this month,it's hard but i can't do it(I hope so).
Where is the will power when you need one....?

My first sweater and Another Project

This is my first sweater and this is for Alexander Arnar my youngest boy,he will be 2 in a 2 months.This pattern names is Liam and you can find it on Ravelry and on the side whit designer.
I just love this pattern,it has 3 very cute sheep on the front and it is knit all in one piece that you just folder over and sew when you are done:)
And this was also my first try at duplicate stitches,i think i can be hooked on that!!
Like i need another addiction lol lol lol:)

I also CO on today on this dress/tunic for Kristbjörgu Önnu my younger girl,she is 7 and she picked the color yellow because that is the color of the sun:)
I have to knit 12 piece like that for the bottom before connect them all,I'm tired of thinking about it but it will all be worth it in the end:)
I think it will look so cute in the summer whit 3/4 leggings and I'm really would like to knit lace sock whit ruffles whit too,I'm i going overboard or what!
No I don't think so or ...?I'm crazy and everyone knows that!

Ok so you remember what happen to the flame cap nr 1....?If not Read that before you read this:)
This is Take 2 but I used a different pattern for it,I used hot head hat and you can find for free on Ravelry,this pattern is great and easy!But when i will make it again i think i will go down a needles size at least before the stranded work.
I Love this hat so much and he Loves it even More!!!

since i last put something on my blog,I have 3 UFO to show you all,if anyone reads my blog at all.

first is a pair of socks for my 7 year old girl,She took the photo her self:)the pattern calls Slighty Twisted sock and that pattern is awesome,You can find it for free on Ravelry.It has all sizes from toddler to men.And it has faux cables on the heel and on the toes and on ribbing,I'm a sucker for cables Always!

Flame cap gone wrong.....or maybe NOT.

I was making a flame cap for my 9 year old boy and i was getting gauge and everything but it was way way way to small for him!!I was using 116 st and 3.25mm needles but and sportweight yarn,But I'm not giving up,I will make it again but then i will change 2 things.
But his little brother who will be 2 in May was lucky enough that it fit him perfectly,so he gets to keep it:)

1.go up 2 needles sizez
2.knitting from top down.

I just CO on for monkeys by Cookie.A and i just love them but one ball got so tangled yesterday that i don't think i can finish them:(I really would like to find another ball somewhere but i can't here in Iceland.

I finished my second pair of mittens today,i love how easy this pattern was,i made some changes to it to make it smaller for Alexander,i used size us 3 needles and i did 2o rows for the top and 15 for the thumbs,before knitting k2together,I will post a link to the pattern,it's from the psso.blogspot.com.

Alexanders vest is finished!I'm not really happy about this pattern,I might make it again but i will defiantly make some changes next time,because 80 st is not enough for size 2,the st is too open and i don't like that look.But he will use it:)

Here I am on the computer when i should go to bed!!!!!!I finish my palindrome scarf,2 days ago but i made it short and i will use a pin to keep it together,i bought a few vintage and very pretty ones on etsy for couple of bug it's is for my mom,her Christmas gift,she will be so surprise because she's think i can't do anything right!
I'm still trying to make the shrug for my Kristbjörgu Önnu who is my 7 year old girl,i think the shrug hate me so bad,first i tried to make my own pattern,but no that didn't work so i found a really cute one from Drops Design,but that is also giving me a hard time ,I'm on the 1 sleeve and i have already made it 6 cm too long but NO I'm not going to rib it agin!!!!!!!she can just fold it up a little bit:)
I hope i will finish it before Christmas,but will see.
I also made my first Calorimetry yesterday and after much thinking it worked out awesome,Þorgerður Sif my big girl who is 11 years old was very fast to claim for her own use and took it to school today and all her friends want one!
ok now i need to go to bed!,I will try to post some photos soon:)
